Part II: Prince charming

Many of us don’t often consider the President “charming” by the traditional definition. But obviously some women do, particularly the woman on the CNN Panel who said she wouldn’t mind having a beer with the man.

I’d really rather not.

But ladies out there who may be reading this and think Trump is out for their best interests should take a look at the way he talks about women.

To be clear, it’s not something to be brushed off, it’s not “locker room” talk, and it’s not okay. At some point or another, it’s made every one of us uncomfortable, so please don’t just say, “Tee hee, boys will be boys.” Boys can do better,

And with that, ladies and gentlemen, I bring you our president, Donald Trump, of Apprentice and fake billionaire fame and his long history of “twitter beef” (wonder how they’ll explain that one in the history books) with women in the news and entertainment industries.

I grew up in NYC, in Queens, the land of the Donald. He has always been a joke; a caricature of a man. I remember visiting Trump Tower as a young kid and thinking about how trashy that escalator looked. I thought it was going to be like tea at the Plaza, but it was just a gold mall.

A well-known womanizer, the philandering that came out didn’t surprise me one bit. But you see, I am not really a fan of the Donald, so I never followed his erratic twitter behavior.

The first mention that I remember was with Rosie O’Donnell, and it was just like, oh my God, will this shit never end? He was saying such vile, disgusting things in intense bursts, and then it was gone, just like that.

But, if you’re a woman on the fence on how you plan to vote today, I want you to sit through this if you plan on voting red. I want you to sit through ALL of this, and tell me, “Yes, this is a man I proudly stand by.”

We’ll start with Rosie, which happened in

It is with glee that I report that Donald McDonald’s Trump is commenting on Rosie O’Donnell’s chubbiness … and how she’s ugly inside and out. Deflection has always been a strong suit.

“Fat, ugly face.” Let’s face it, most of us aren’t supermodels. What’s to say he wouldn’t say the same about your face? Or are you deferring to the bully in hopes that he’ll leave you alone?

“I fell in love with a big, fat pig.” Okayh first of all, why was his grammar so much better pre-presidency? Second, this is just never ok and he has never apologized for it. This is not the ezample we should be setting for our children.

I wonder what this particular genius was thinking when he wrote this. Did he think beyond the superficial? Did he think about the epidemic of military sexual assaults that were swept under the rug, hence the low conviction rate? This tweet from over five years ago explains a little about the following gem.

– President Trump at a Rally re: Christine Blasey-Ford

Trump tried to be compassionate? Not really, but he wasn’t downright offensive at first so I considered it a win. That was until footage from his rally came out showing him mocking Dr. Ford for not remembering certain details from an event that happened almost 40 years ago. Just like when he made fun of the New York Times reporter with the disability, mocking a victim of any kind of assault is never okay. Women need to stand up for other women in this respect.

Don’t fear for your sons, husbands, nephews, male goldfish, whatever…they will be fine. False accusations make for 2-6 percent of all accusations. The likelihood of this happening is slim to none. And hey, if they were accused…wouldn’t you want to clear his name by allowing an investigation?

Enough about that mess. Onward and downward.

Speaking of sexual assault, we are now to be on the side of him. Him too. Him, him, him. It is a scary time for white men everywhere. Please send prayers.

The second example is not very surprising to me. He denies everything to us, and to women it’s sort of in the way one tends to believe a lying, cheating spouse: because it’s easier than breaking up. Well, stop it. There are plenty of us to play with on this side and I promise we aren’t satanists.

And in closing, over twenty years ago Trump decided that women are nothing more than an act. Soft and squishy on the outside and filled with poisonous needles. I can see how women take this quote as if he is admiring or empowering women, but he is not.

He is the ultimate “business”man, right? No reason to go so far as to observe how manipulative women can be with just a “twitch of their eye.” By the way, I love how the “or perhaps another body part is thrown in there.

Fellow women, don’t fall victim to this. When someone tells you who they are, listen to them. He is telling you loud and clear, and it’s your choice to see it for what it is, accept that you made the wrong choice, and make the right one today.

Don’t vote for a pig who couldn’t care less about your rights.
